INFORMATION & STORE POLICIES
Vintage items are one of a kind.
At Wacky Cats all garments
are dry cleaned before they are sold. Vintage
items might have some
discolorations
and fade-age due to age, we
take extra
care to fully describe our items, including flaws on any given item.
We also try to give as many dimensions as are humanly
possible. If you have any questions about the item'(s) you are
ordering, please email us prior to placing your order. Thanks for shopping

with you're request. When
you see the "ON HOLD" label next to an item, it means that a
customer has emailed to place a hold on the item until they payment
arrangements can be made. Items will be held for 10 days.
The item will remain ON HOLD until the customer has paid for,
received the item. If you are interested in an item marked "ON HOLD", Please
email me anyway and you will be next in line for the item.

If the item is available you
will receive a confirmation email from us with the following information.
1)
total price with shipping.
2)
Our mailing address.
Items will be held for 10 days from the day we send your confirmation only
to allow for payment time. (this is not 10 days to decide if you want the
garment) only if you need to send a money order. cc payments must be
completed within 4 days.

The FINE PRINT:

will be held for 10 days. If
the amount due is not received during that time, you will be notified
& the item will be made available to others.

If you wish to use another method please let us know and I will
recalculate your total.

Fees will be added to all OVER SEAS Shipping.

RETURNS ARE NOT
ACCEPTED.

RETURNS:
Vintage inspired items (new garments only) may be returned for a
different size only. You must still contact us first. If we do
not have that item in the size needed a web credit will be issued for
a future purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping
cost. All Vintage items: Returns are subject to our approval. Any
claims must be made within 24hr or receipt of the garment.
PLEASE
NOTE:
GARMENTS
DO NOT SHRINK or
EXPAND
in the shipping
process so please read all description and ask all questions prior to
ordering. All returns must be shipped within 24 hours of delivery.
Items returned after this time may not be accepted. WACKYCATS.COM does
not issue refunds. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue
you a store credit in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and
restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the garment, which are
non-refundable.
Returns that have met our approval must meet the following criteria
order to return to be excepted.
1. E-mail us at within 12 hours of delivery of the item.
2. In the e-mail:
a. Describe in detail any problem with the garment (Note: flaws or
stains already described on the Site in the item description are not
permissible grounds for returning the item).
b. Provide the original item number, and the order number (available
on the shipping slip).
3. Return the merchandise via the same carrier that delivered the item
to you.
4. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sent
to you; UNWORN.
5. Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable.
International Returns:
We currently will not accept returns for international purchases.
All returns must be mailed back
VIA US PRIORITY MAIL. You are responsible for the item until it is received safe and
sound back at WACKY CATS. You
MUST EMAIL YOUR intentions prior to mailing them back. All items must
be in the same condition as when received. The above conditions must be met or the return will not be
